‘Fine Food’ time has come!

The exhibition season starts again and after the summer holiday we fly to Australia!

Fine Food, the leading trade exhibition for the foodservice, hospitality and retail industries in Australia, returns. Once again, it’s a showcase of the latest products, an unveiling of new ideas and a demonstration of new techniques by food industry leaders.

More than 1,000 exhibitors consider Fine Food the most important international event to exhibit their products and services. In its 35th edition, with more than 26,000 visitors from 60 countries, the event is an occasion to network with chefs, restaurateurs, cafe and bar owners, and other food operators.

EVOCA Group will be present in the Drinks World section, to exhibit its fabulous NECTA brand products.

Among the latest innovations, Evoca presents Kalea Plus, which offers speed, high performance and top quality. Kalea Plus combines cutting-edge technology with Italian espresso heritage to deliver a genuine taste of Italian coffee culture with just one touch. It enables the creation of a personal customized coffee menu: a unique pleasure, sip after sip. Its speed and quality of delivery will satisfy even the most demanding customers.

To be showcased: for the Horeca range, Karisma, excellent fresh milk based drinks at the push of a button; Kalea, a delicious menu of drinks based on authentic Italian espresso coffee; Koro Prime, the elegant professional coffee machine that can be perfectly integrated in the most modern environments; and Krea touch, with its appealing design, decorative light, chrome frames, shiny black surfaces and unrivalled performance.

For the Hot&Cold range, Evoca Group showcases Opera Touch, the jewel in the NECTA range. A concentration of technology that achieves the best performance available today in the intermediate segment of the free-standing market, with a wide choice and excellent quality beverages on offer. In the Vending corner, on the other hand, you’ll find Jazz, aesthetically pleasing, with an uncluttered design and a flexible configuration. Specifically dedicated to medium locations, Jazz is available in both Snack and Can&Bottle and in Snack and Food configurations to offer a wide choice to an increasingly demanding audience. Alone or banked with Opera, Jazz is the ideal machine for today’s demanding vending marketplace.
